The standard basic globe valve is an isolation valve for on/off duty. The movable operating part of a globe valve is a stem, and main usage features of our globe valves are:
Tight shut-off and effective controlling capabilities
Compact design and simple construction
Uncomplicated maintenance and repair
Modular design with few parts required
The construction of globe valves has a few peculiarities. For example, depending on the sealing materials/system, it is differentiated between globe valves with gland packing and globe valves with bellow.
At normal temperatures, gland packing is a better choice of sealing material. On the other hand, a globe valve with bellow is a flexible sealing choice. One side of the bellow is tightly connected to the valve body, while the other is adjacent to the valve parts.
The bellow firmly tightens the working medium’s stem and packing gland. This is especially important for work with high-temperature, explosive and dangerous working media. The disadvantages of this technique are a shorter operating life and complicated maintenance of the below construction.
Our modular globe valves allow for assembly with various actuators, including hand wheels and pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic options. Valve accessories like positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves can be installed.

Specifications
Available in EN/ANSI flanged, threaded and butt-weld ends
Suitable for on/off or controlling duty of the working medium flow
Special compact design for higher performance, reliable tightness and longer service time
Uncomplicated maintenance and repair
Available with gland packing as well as with bellow
The bellow securely tightens the stem and the packing gland from the medium in the pipeline. This is especially crucial for the work with high-temperature, explosive and toxic fluids
Standard material: Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Monel, Hastelloy (Special materials on request)
